Netherlands and Germany, Anny and Nelson will be joined by Roland Wolff, of the band Riviera, on 12-string guitar and melodica.

For their dates in the U.K., Dublin’s own Duncan Maitland will come along as support and bandmate.  Duncan’s psych-pop masterpiece “Lullabies for the 21st Century” has landed on several ‘Best-of-2010’ lists:  http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/maitland2

They will also be supported on several dates by Nelson’s Side B Records labelmate Richard Snow, who has been hailed as one of England’s top power-pop treasures: http://www.richardsnow.co.uk

Other surprise guests are in the wings…

Find more music like this on The House Concert European Hub (& Acoustic Music Club Network)

Anny Celsi’s new single is a cover of an undiscovered gem by Peter Holsapple (The DB’s, The Continental Drifters), sung as a duet with Nelson Bragg (of Brian Wilson’s Band), who also produced the track.

Along with Bragg on acoustic guitar, drums and percussion, it features the talents of Eric Heywood on pedal steel (Son Volt, The Pretenders, Ray LaMontagne), Danny McGough on Wurlitzer, Lowrey and Vox keyboards (Social Distortion, Ramsay Midwood, Tom Waits) and Brett Simons on double bass (The Brian Wilson Band).

Anny and Nelson are on tour in Europe from February 26 through March 29, with shows in Germany, The Netherlands, Ireland, Scotland and England.  We'll be joined along the way by Roland Wolff (of Riviera), Duncan Maitland (psych-pop sensation out of Dublin) and the Midlands' own powerpop favorite son, Richard Snow
