Hattie Briggs is a 23 year-old singer-songwriter and BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award Nominee 2014. Since making the decision to drop out of a Russian degree in her second year at Oxford University in January 2014, she has released two critically acclaimed albums, “Red & Gold” and “Young Runaway”, had airplay on BBC Radios 1, 2, and 6 Music, embarked on two tours around the UK, two in the Netherlands and one in the U.S. During her travels she has supported some well known bands and artists including Ward Thomas, Lauren Aquilina, Stornoway, Jamie N Commons, Seth Lakeman and Grant Nicholas (Feeder).
