The Biscuits and Gravy House Concert

Possibly the most remote house concert in the world, it involve a sea voyage across Loch Broom on the West Coast of Scotland or a 2 mile hike, but a warm welcome awaits for those intrepid enough to make it.

Dear John:

I See Hawks In L.A. are releasing two records in May: our own and an EP collaboration with the Good Intentions which turned out quite well. We plan on touring UK/Ireland this summer.

I know it's a bit of short notice for you (our agent Bob Butler of Grapevine agency has sadly passed away), but if you have a slot for us we'd love to play one of your concerts. Our tour window is mid-July through mid-August, though we could head over earlier if that's when most of the shows are happening.

Rob Ellen will give us a hearty recommendation! We've done 3 or 4 tours of UK/Ireland, have been in the Euro Americana chart top ten 3 times, and have great representation for press/radio in Geraint of G Promo PR. He got us great press and BBC appearances last time and will be invaluable in promoting live shows. I'll be happy to send you our bio with listening links, and sneak preview of our forthcoming CDs. thanks, hope you are great, Paul lacques@sonic.net www.iseehawks.com

Hi John,

Celebrated ‘Top 10’ Canadian Roots, Alt-Country, Folk-Blues singer songwriter Kenny Butterill is coming to Scotland. My name is Christine Crandell and I'm working with Kenny to book his tour calendar for house concerts during July 27th through and August 15th in Scotland and you were highly recommended by Rob Ellen from the Medicine Show and Euro House Concert Hub as the perfect fit for Kenny’s music.

All house concerts will be heavily promoted at Kenny Butterill’s website, his Facebook and Twitter accounts all of which have more Scottish and UK followers than either Canada or the USA. A new single will be released to Europe prior to this tour and we will also do a full UK promo campaign with Rob Ellen (Medicine Music Show) that will include Kenny visiting DJ's and radio stations in your town for in-studio sessions and live promo for your house concert.

Throughout Europe, Kenny’s most recent single 'Dead End Of The Dirt Road' (from the new album “Troubadour Tales”) started out the year at the top of the Hotdisc Top 40 and stayed there for several weeks and continues to be a DJ favorite.

“If you like Gordon Lightfoot, J.J. Cale or John Prine, you’ll love Kenny”. His live show has a warm ambience of an intimate setting with an up-close, personal vibe with his three piece band including Kenny on guitar, his rack harp/mando player and his guitar sideman.

For complete info, live video, reviews, etc. please visit the Kenny Butterill online press kit: EPK  http://www.kennybutterill.com/epk/

We hope this strikes a responsive chord with you!

Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you are interested in booking Kenny Butterill. Thank you very much!

Please have a look/listen below.

I would appreciate it if you would let me know if we are the sort of act you would consider working with. We are UK folk/Alt country/blues duo Winter Wilson, all original material, we tour folk clubs and festivals UK wide, we're cheap to run, no PA needed just shout go and we'll start singing :)

Our latest album "Cutting Free" made the  Telegraph 10 recommended albums list for 2014.

Thanks for putting on the gigs

Greetings from Canada! My new cd, Break These Chains has received a 4 star review in this month's Maverick Magazine and is being released to the UK/Europe through Proper Distribution.

We are securing dates for an acoustic tour in May/June and wondered if you would be interested in hosting us for a house concert?

Please visit my website at www.tiamcgraff.com

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi John,

We're a roots band (trio: banjo, guitar, upright bass, all sing) from Canada on our debut tour of Europe this May.  We'd love to do a House Concert with you (we host them ourselves on Vancouver Island at home and live remotely - though not as remote as you!).

Our music: From gorgeous vocal harmonies to foot-stomping fun, Puzzleroot includes slide banjo and country picking at its best!

We're releasing our 2nd CD next month.

Check out our site for music and more: http://www.puzzleroot.com/
or find our EPKs at:

Warm wishes,
Marian

My name's Davey Byrne and im a musician who performs under the title of 'Another Disco Party' (My birhname was already taken!) . Im currently trying to put together a project with a good friend of mine, Grant George, of indie rock band 'The Barents Sea'.

Our plan is to hit the road in April, just ourselves and our guitars and play acoustic sets in as many places as humanly possible over the course of a week or so, and document the entire trip with the intention of putting together a documentary. We currently have a facebook page setup dedicated to the project here

 http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Another-Music-Documentary/194535060563714?v=info .

We're not looking for any financial gain from any of these events (although of course donations and help with expenses, even a hot meal, are welcome).

Id be really so so grateful if you can help out in any way, or point us in the direction of some people who would be interested in helping us out. Likewise if you could pass this information on to as many people as possible that would be fantastic.

Kind regards,

Davey Byrne

Billy Kemp seeking UK House Concert Dates for May 2019

Hey UK Friends, Billy Kemp here. I am planning a new tour of the UK for May of 2019. I had a great tour in October and November 2017.  For those of you that don't know me,  I’ve been playing guitar for forty-five years and also play the banjo, bass, harmonica, piano and anything you can get a sound out of. I live near Nashville, Tennessee where I have hung my hat infrequently, since I spend so much of my time on the road. I average five or six tours annually, which take me all over the United…See More
