Resonant Rogues UK Tour July 2019

Greetings, we are the Resonant Rogues from Asheville, NC, USA. We perform original songs with vocal harmony that are influenced by Appalachian old-time, Balkan folk music, Swing Manouche, and early New Orleans Jazz. We are actively seeking concerts to fill in our UK tour in July. We've booked some anchor dates at festivals around the country, but we still have plenty of…See More

About Me
The Resonant Rogues, based out of Asheville, NC, is the songwriting soul child of partners Sparrow and Keith J. Smith. With influences that include Appalachian old-time, Balkan folk music, Swing Manouche, and early New Orleans Jazz, they take their favorite flavors and blend them into a delicious, danceable dish. The Resonant Rogues have toured relentlessly over their 5 year history, covering most of North America and Europe. Their latest record, Hands in the Dirt, landed at #18 on the Roots Music Report’s U.S. Top Folk Album Charts. They are releasing a new record in 2019 and touring the UK in July!

A New Jess Wayne Review - Somehow Overlooked from 3 Years Ago

Just found this from the "Miews". I think it says some interesting things, particularly about ageism in music and the treatment of older singer songwriters. I think my feelings were hurt when he or she only gave a "6" on Vocals... but as I read on, not so bad in context. :) JESS WAYNE – RIDE THE RIVER (MUSIC REVIEW)RATING: 7.5 / 10Genre: Rock, Blues, AmericanaSongwriting: 8.5 | Music: 8 | Vocals: 6Location: Glendale, CAWebsite: www.jesswayne.comFor fans…See More
