About Me
Roosevelt Bandwagon is a group of very experienced folk/ americana musicians playing in a collective for the first time. In the past, group members have toured in support of big name artists and in their own right, played at international festivals and (in 2 cases) spent extended periods as staff writers in Nashville. The intended aura of anonymity surrounding the myspace reflects a desire to make the collective work on its own merits rather than swaying listeners with an over- reliance on past achievements. We'll be happy to provide proof of 'musical qualifications' if required.

Since becoming based in the UK once again the collective has come together with a commitment to playing the best original folk/ americana music using authentic acoustic instruments and, whenever possible, recording in a 100% live setting.

We are very keen to play house concerts having had many favourable experiences of doing so in the USA and Canada. Early February sees sessions for a full album which will be completed by early May to compliment the existing Train Roll on EP - 2 tracks of which feature on the myspace.

Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to hear further material - we'd be happy to provide it.

Look forward to hearing from you

Best regards

Roosevelt Bandwagon

Hi guys. Just been watching your 'Train Roll On' video - good tune. I was intrigued to see a picture of Douglas Adams in the middle of all the images of classical Americana! What's the story?
