About Me
Hailing in from the East Highlands, this alternative-folk-punk group have formed themselves out of a couple of different well known Invernessian groups (Lowtide Revelry, The Galipaygoes & The Mystic Shoes). Although still cutting they're rock n roll teeth, they've had the pleasure of some great support slots for Rachel Sermanni, Alabama 3 and Kassidy (to name but a few) and are now finally on the verge of releasing there long awaited "Spill the Beans EP". General plans of silliness, seriousness, festivals, parties, support-slots and lots more........

The Hasbeens are not interested in being the best band out there or even any good for that matter. To be a Hasbeen means playing music from the heart and soul to those that really count. Good honest music for good honest people, then finding the nearest party when the job is done and inviting everyone else, even though it's not they're house!

A New Jess Wayne Review - Somehow Overlooked from 3 Years Ago

Just found this from the "Miews". I think it says some interesting things, particularly about ageism in music and the treatment of older singer songwriters. I think my feelings were hurt when he or she only gave a "6" on Vocals... but as I read on, not so bad in context. :) JESS WAYNE – RIDE THE RIVER (MUSIC REVIEW)RATING: 7.5 / 10Genre: Rock, Blues, AmericanaSongwriting: 8.5 | Music: 8 | Vocals: 6Location: Glendale, CAWebsite: www.jesswayne.comFor fans…See More
