Vaudeville Jug Band Folk (USA) touring Europe (9 countries) - Sep/Oct 2018!

Jack and Kitty are an Emmy Award winning acoustic duo that specializes in "organic vaudeville and jug band folk for all ages". Their old-timey, down-home, feel-good roots music would be a great fit at your house concert.

For info on this fun and professional duo please visit: http://www.jackandkittymusic.com

One reviewer hailed Jack and Kitty as "Leon Redbone meets Alicia Keys or Tom Waits meets Beyoncé".

Kitty’s uncle is Bunny Wailer (of Bob Marley and the Wailers fame), so music is literally in her blood. She grew up listening to a healthy blend of reggae, rap and R&B. At a young age, Jack discovered his vaudevillian great grandfather’s phonograph record collection and spent his childhood listening to cats like Bing Crosby, Al Jolson and Rudy Vallee. As fate would have it, oddball ukulele legend Tiny Tim moved in next door to the Norton household and somehow became Jack’s babysitter. Seriously.

The husband and wife duo are based in Minneapolis, Minnesota (US) and perform over 300 shows a year. Recent appearances include: Minnesota State Fair, Mall of America and the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in Washington DC. They even toured for the US Pentagon performing shows for military personnel stationed in Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East.

Here's a fun short documentary film on Jack and Kitty: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EB_bHeX3r1g

Hey, happy to help in respect of Work Visas (CoS) that goes for you too Jim, If I can assist any of your performers, do not hesitate to get in contact.  I am about as cheap as it gets here in the UK and have the opportunity to host shows in South West Scotland too
