If you haven’t hosted a House Concert yet, please make it a new year’s resolution!

Why not invite your favourite independent musician to play for your friends family and his fans in your front room, I’ll be surprised if he/she won’t show up sometime this year and play for you, let me know about it and if The Medicine Show Radio Moose Mobile is loose is near enough we’ll come and broadcast it too. Dear Members

Here's an other idea how you can help maintain this community, gift our community album collection (link above)  as an online birthday present to someone on your Facebook page who has a birthday today, tomorrow and every other day! for just £1. do this even just once a week and encourage others to as well and your supporting and promoting 14 fellow members, 3,176  of us here by default, (20 more new members this week, welcome along folks)  your self included and all that The Medicine Show and Moose Mobile Crew is trying to do for independently minded music.

If you would like to be on one of these compilation contact me and I'll let you know how to present your music to media, festivals, venues and house concerts in this very important and cost effective way.

Three weeks ago we came to you with an idea to fund the European House Concert Hub and related services, with the thought that if everyone that this email arrives to (YOU) down loads this album of 14 of our members for only £1 we would have a float of £3176 and a secure future for all we do, allowing me and The Moose Crew to continue to get about the business of helping the Music we love at the community level with resources enough to make a difference, IE help promoting Community Festivals, Community Venues, Community Radio and above all developing more House Concerts and listening rooms on both sides of the pond and supporting generally independently minded music in the process.

Furthermore, what are your ideas on how can all of our communal resources help this community and our collective aims aims? IE The House Concert European Hub, Flyinshoes Review, Medicine Show Records Medicine Show Radio the Belladrum Festival Hootananny Potting Shed Stage and both Medicine Show Radio Moose Mobiles and the growing stateside and already unrivalled Euro Media and promotional reach of Medicine Show Promo?

Let me know, if its a thought that has the potential to benefit us all , if I agree, I'll swing all of that and all our related social media outlets behind your idea, with mine and I suspect all our thanks.

Meanwhile the appeal to save this community in its 10th year and secure the next 10 years continues.

We sincerely thank the 56 members who have taken notice of these important notices, it is gratifying that people here do take notice of these updates and are  concerned enough about maintaining this community and this work to take some action.

"Looking For Europe Collection 2019"

Play per song and download report! 16/02/2019

Plays of the cd have been wndrfl and plays are still growing (as are downloads) lets keep that going, IE if we had just £1 for every play that would be us out of the woods and with funds enough to start investing in ideas (our ideas). So please I appeal to you even if your have already contributed, share the records link, tell our story, and those that want to contribute please do now! Those that don't then unsubscribe please!! I feel we all need to know we have the people here who care about what we are trying to do here.

A New Jess Wayne Review - Somehow Overlooked from 3 Years Ago

Just found this from the "Miews". I think it says some interesting things, particularly about ageism in music and the treatment of older singer songwriters. I think my feelings were hurt when he or she only gave a "6" on Vocals... but as I read on, not so bad in context. :) JESS WAYNE – RIDE THE RIVER (MUSIC REVIEW)RATING: 7.5 / 10Genre: Rock, Blues, AmericanaSongwriting: 8.5 | Music: 8 | Vocals: 6Location: Glendale, CAWebsite: www.jesswayne.comFor fans…See More
