Listen again to the great Ralph McLean chatting to Hub founder Rob Ellen on BBC Radio Ulster about his quest to encourage concerts in peoples own homes, when the Medicine Show toured Ireland this year with Chuck Hawthorne and Libby Koch (featuring interview and session with them too) 35 minutes into the show.(click picture)
Hello, I'm looking for dates in Scotland in late June and early July 2017.
Best dates would be north of Scotland week beginning 20th June, heading south (Bute, Glasgow, Edinburgh) up to and including 23rd.
I have an electric set (Telecaster plugged into PA system) or can play acoustic, or unplugged. I will be playing songs from my newly-released album and also some material from back in the day, solo song form my bands The Chefs and Helen and the Horns. Helen and the Horns played all over Scotland in the 1980s.
I am making a video diary of the tour and posting here mccookerybook.blogspot.co.uk (I also post gig reviews and general stuff in between gig and recording news)
