Linda McRae - From Dear John to John Deere
Linda is a charming and critically acclaimed Canadian Platinum recording artist. Her evocative and powerful voice is well supported by her finger-style guitar, clawhammer banjo, accordion, dulcimer and Porchboard bass.
"When all the trends fade and become dated, and all the music from the cutting edge becomes dull, Linda McRae will continue to stand tall, singing and playing music with honest soul and humility, cutting through the fog with her timeless clarity. Linda is one of the true, soulful pioneers of honest roots music. Her singing and playing brings honour to her heroes and to her friends and fans." Colin Linden, Producer, Guitarist, Songwriter, Bruce Cockburn, Emmy Lou Harris
Andy Miller and Doc West - Guitar Duets To Die For
West and Miller met back in 2000 while playing in a Nashville chart band. West settled here from San Francisco and Miller from New York City. Together they combine two highly unique guitar styles to deliver their surprising and rewarding departure from traditional blues and folk music. Miller's firm grasp of traditional blues and folk blends with West's cosmopolitan "post everything" style to create their truly unique original music.
